Anilesh Ahuja struggled with building a sense of his own identity as a child. Ahuja’s family moved to America when he was 14, and he felt like he was thrust into the world of the unknown at a young age when he found himself in a strict boarding school for boys in a small town in New Hampshire. Being from Udder Pradesh, Ahuja was used to the big city and found himself lost and forlorn in a small town where he didn’t know anyone. Ajuha later did have happier years in America, when he was able to go to an Ivy League University in the University of Pennsylvania. Ahuja also worked on Wall Street at the beginning of his career, which helped him find success in the American lifestyle.
However, Anilesh Ahuja realized that his heart was always back in his homeland of India. Ahuja eventually moved back to India to use his Ivy League education to help build the place that he dreamed of calling home when he was a child. Solitaire Valley has since not only become a beacon of hope for Ahuja and his family but for almost 14,000 other families as well. Housing was built so that 30% of it was for low-to-middle-income classes, so everyone could find a place to call home. Ahuja is proud to share this vision with other people in his homeland, and to allow them to share his new life in a place where everyone feels like they do indeed belong!
