High School
He went to high school in Findlay Ohio and from there, Big Ben took his talents to Miami… Ohio. The Findlay High School was incredibly blessed to have Ben Roethlisberger, bestowed in their laps as he not only excelled in football where he was team captain, but he was also team captain in basketball and baseball as well. In his senior year, he threw 54 TD’s for 4,041 yards and he ran in 7 on his own. After bringing the RedHawks a 23-9 record over 4 years, he was deemed district and Toledo blade player of the year. Before Moving on to college he played in the North-South game and the Ohio-Pennsylvania Big 33 All-Star Game.
College
He was a 3-year starter for the RedHawks from 01’-03’. In those three years, over the course of 38 games, Ben unbelievably attained every single passing record possible.
854 completed passes, 84 TDs, 10,829 passing yards, and 11,075 total offensive yards. Ben eventually became the third player in Mid-American Conference history to throw over 3,000 yards in just three seasons, and the 10th QB in the conference to throw over 10,000 in his career. Soon enough his prolificacy eventually launched him into the league in 2004.

Ben Roethlisberger was drafted 11th in the first round by the Steelers. He had a great rookie season and even won Rookie of the Year and the PFWA Rookie Team.
Of his first 100 home games, he won 74. 74%! That’s the fourth most in NFL history. His has gripped the single-game records for most passing yards, completions, attempts, completion percentage, and TD passes.
