Of course, this dire future and all of these hideous features can still be avoided. But it will be up to mankind to take all of the needed steps in order to do so. The Colcom Foundation was founded by Cordelia S. May in 1996. It was originally meant to be a group that advocated for environmental issues in its native region. However, it has since outgrown the confines of the western half of the state of Pennsylvania. As a result, it is now a group that has a voice in almost every region of the civilized world.
