Gary McGaghey is a Group Chief Financial Officer at Williams Lee. Gary has almost two decades of experience in the areas of corporate finance and technologies, with a focus on the retail and consumer sectors.
Gary has held positions in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, management consulting at McKinsey & Company, and leadership roles in global companies such as Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Broadcom Corporation, and Cognos Incorporated. In addition to his strong track record at Williams Lee, Gary was previously the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Cognos Incorporated, a global leader in business intelligence and data analytics software. Prior to joining Cognos, Gary held several leadership roles at Wal-Mart Stores Inc., a Fortune 50 company. During his tenure, he worked with various functional areas of the company including Supply Chain and shared services.
Gary holds a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University. He is a Chartered Accountant, licensed in Alberta, Canada and the province of Ontario.
He also serves on the Board of Directors for Think Technologies Ltd., a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange.
